It's sweater weather time all right. Snugly, big cable knit sweaters are everywhere, paired up with skinny jeans, pencil skirts, leather and mini skirts like I'm wearing today. That it is a little bit chilly out there, no doubt but not as cold that you will have to wear tights with your mini. The chill factor on the upper body is different from the bottom, at least for me it is. Adding different textures to your whole outfit will make it more interesting, fashion forward and chic.
